Mack and Webb Hyundai were fine, however, I have a problem in which they serviced my car. Three out of four of the problems that were stated in my My Hyundai app were cleared. My wife’s EV’s dash displays shut down and reset while she was driving. She immediately brought it in feeling it was unsafe to drive. There was no loaner available and even though we have an extended warranty, no loaners were available. This lack of customer service when needed will prevent us from coming back.

The staff was friendly, and the waiting room is comfortable and accommodating for anyone wanting to charge a laptop or phone. However, I had a coupon for my scheduled oil change in which the representative stated could not be applied to my car, but I pushed back encouraged him to read the fine print to prove that I was eligible for that coupon and at point the coupon was applied. It was a $30 difference. Also, I had a coupon for a car wash which he said would be applied but my car was not washed.

Appointments are readily available, the pricing is commensurate with other dealerships. The service personal are courteous and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with complimentary beverages. The dealership makes quite an effort to make the waiting as pleasant as possible.

I bought a vehicle from web chevey, they told me it had a full inspection. Two weeks later, I did not have any heat so I thoight that the extended warentee would cover it. They said that a leaking hose is not covered. They should have honnered the extended warentee.

Jacob was very helpful in showing me the differences in makes and models. I did feel a bit rushed through the process and making the final price for the deal. I appreciate being told that I should get a refund for the warranties I purchased on the car I traded in.

Normally I would give 5 stars but my experience with the Service Department was very disappointing. Brought car in to specifically fix a side panel. I even asked if the panel would be in stock to fix instead of waiting for an order. After 1.5 hrs, Josh sent a text asking permission to fix panel.
