I’m picky on car colors, I don’t like black/white or plain colors. I contacted Dave Cox in February 2026, 2.5T G80 doesn’t have Heads Up Display, only 3.5T. None at that time with real colors. I went back to Dave September 2026, they had a Ceres Blue w Grey/Beige interior, 3.5T G80 & Heads Up Display. I saw it on Tuesday and went back & got it on Thursday. The service was excellent, the deal was exceptional on both ends, and I am extremely satisfied. If you want a Genesis, go to Genesis of Schereville.

Ben and Deidra were amazing and very communicative and supportive. Was a little disappointed at not getting the free EV charger only due to upfront cost but Ben got the best price possible for me and assured me everything was great with all my request and even provided a new charging cable. Would highly recommend and may even come back again for my next EV.

Staff easy to work with from sales person to finance person. Very little haggling. I did my research on the new vehicle and my trade in and went to webb and gave them a price i thought was fair and they actually came back a couple hundred $$ less. I was in and out in about an hour not including test drive.
No complaints. Service was good. As a long time Webb customer, first time Merriville service customer I was surprised by the lack of interest in gaining my business. They weren’t interested in making sure I was satisfied or coming back.
Had a great experience with Alex, Jim, and the entire Webb team. Smooth process, reasonable pricing, and quick responses. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived at around 2:45 pm for a scheduled test drive for a used car I had found online and was interested in. "Big John" was the salesman we dealt with. We had to wait a few minutes after we arrived as he was with another customer, but then he pulled the car up and let us poke around it for about 20 minutes to see all the various features for ourselves and formulate any questions we had on the car.
