Just to clarify my recent survey comments. It was the technicians/mechanics who worked on my car that caused the paper and keys mix up which resulted in the wrong vehicle being presented. This rating is for the customer service representative who assisted me. He was very responsive, courtesy, and concerned. He performed his duties well.
I, initially gave two stars, because I left the dealership very unhappy, and I voiced that with my review. But then I received a call from Josh the next day, letting me know that he didn't know, I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. So he offered me a free service to compensate for the misunderstanding, and I must say I'm okay with that.

wait time for 2 headlights and an oil change was 3 hours and next day 2 hours for 4 new tires. I used to get my tires at Sears and it took them less than an hour to change 4 tires. And no one told me they charge to use a credit card. I don't know anyone that carries that much cash for car repairs. Don't think I'll be back for that reason.

First visit to this Hyundai service center. I was met with friendly associates. The waiting room was very comfortable, with plenty of snacks and drinks. Turn around time for my scheduled maintenance was average to other service centers I have been to.
