I am unhappy with my purchase of my leased vehicle. I was aked if I wanted Tire, gap and ext warranty. I told Matthea I justed wanted tire. Later Eric came out with a card with options on it stating these wouldn't cost any more. I said ok. I signed all the paper work. About a week later I decided to look at my paperwork. I am very upset about this dealership how my truck got stolen and they gave me a chevy Colorado pickup truck wt and I had A Lt . I really think when when someone came in the dealership in the Services department. Whatever you guys do. Do not get your oil changes there. first, they overfill the oil. Then I have to go back another day so they can tell me that my oil is fine, which I know it’s not. It is overfilled by a quart or more and according to the technician, it’s better to have a extra oil There’s a dipstick for a reason. And of course they did not do anything about it. Won’t be going back. I’ll pick another dealership for oil changes. Definitely it won’t be going back there.

Be careful buying used at this place they won’t tell you about preexisting conditions or damage even with an extended warranty they’ll tell you that u have to wait to get any help with a 30,000 dollar vehicle. Buyers beware!!!!

Dave was very helpful in navigating purchase of GV80 online and then in person for final details. My only suggestion is that the dealership hire more sales people to upgrade the sales / service experience as Dave had to manage three sales all at once, rotating between three parties / three desks to keep things moving. He did his best to expedite the delivery process. After one day driving the vehicle, we are enjoying it.

Web Chevy has technicians that are very knowledgeable about the conditions of the cars they service. However, if you don't have insurance for car repairs, out of pocket expenses can be very expensive 🫰

Highland Hyundai has very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Their break room is awesome as they cover hot and cold refreshments. Their break room atmosphere is nice and it’s sooooo clean. I brought my daughter in for her first car purchase and Big John Crawford made her first car purchasing experience a good one.
