Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Also when I received the car back there was oil at the front hood that looks like it dripped down to bumper & oil smudge on driver side door & back passenger door.
Only reason why I am not giving a five is that if I am having my tires checked and rotated, I'd appreciate that all my tires are the same amount that is required. Not one tire 37 and the other 32. They should all be even.

Friendly, professional, great turnaround time. Left another Chevy dealer because of their poor service, but Webb Chevy Plainfield is great! Devon really pays attention to my explanations of any noises and asks questions to pinpoint the issue. He's great all around. Did not experience this type of detail at the other place. My Onstar system stopped working in my trailblazer 2023. I was able to schedule an appointment to bring my vehicle to have the Onstar system checked. Matt was the repair specialist and informed me that a new Onstar replacement would be needed and that it had been ordered. I was notified by the service advisors when the part was available and my Onstar was replaced within a few days. Wonderful supportive help from the staff. This is why I have gone to Webb Chevy for over 20 years. This is why I trust Webb Chevy for my vehicle purchase and services.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they said it will take about 45 minutes so I waited but it ended up taking 1:45 minutes, next time I’ll just drop it off.

As everyone knows, going to buy a car is already an anxiety filled duty in itself. You dread and prepare yourself for the pushiness of the typical car salesman. I definitely have my share of dealership horror stories! However I can honestly say that Gary at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville did a wonderful job! The dealership is great but the service hasn't been lately. You make an oil change appointment and leave 2 hrs later . Not so good.

Getting new front brakes and rotors was quick and painless. The cashier who helped us even looked up a coupon for us and applied it to the final bill, which was very thoughtful and wonderful. Clean lounge area with free teas and coffees. New brakes work great!
Kevin was good to deal with, the vehicle was in great condition. Beware, this dealer participates in the Brake Plus scam. They install a $10 flashing brake module on all of their vehicles and then force you to pay $500 on top of the advertised price because it’s already installed.
